All content on this Site—including theater photography, logos, promotional graphics, and text—is the property of Friends of the Art Park Players or its content suppliers.
You are granted a limited license to view and print content for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce or distribute our media (especially cast photos or production designs) for commercial purposes without express written consent.
Our Site serves as a hub for theater community activities and often directs you to external platforms.
Ticketing: We do not sell tickets directly. All ticket purchases are conducted through the City of Deer Park official website. We are not responsible for transaction errors, credit card security, or refund disputes occurring on the City’s platform.
Volunteer Management: We use Get Connected by Galaxy Digital for volunteer registration and hour tracking. Your use of that portal is subject to Galaxy Digital’s own terms and privacy practices.
Email & Hosting: Our Site is hosted by GoDaddy, and our newsletters are managed via Flodesk.
Friends of the Art Park Players is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations made through our Site or provided links are generally non-refundable. We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your contributions.
Theater is a live and evolving art form. While we strive for accuracy, show times, cast lists, and ticket availability displayed on our Site are subject to change based on the City of Deer Park’s scheduling and production needs.
Friends of the Art Park Players provides this Site on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to technical errors, interruptions, or issues arising from third-party links (like the City ticketing portal or volunteer portal).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this Site shall be settled exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
